The Journal of the Geological Institute ISSN 0100929x eISSN 21761892 is a free access journal that publishes original and unpublished scientific and technological articles on Geosciences and related areas.The objective of the Journal of the Geological Institute is to publish original and unpublished scientific and technological articles on Geosciences and related areas. This Journal also publishes revisions previous notes comments reviews and articles on topics related to Geosciences.This Journal which is critically reviewed by consultants peer review is published every six months. The journal team is assisted by a permanent advisory body formed by eminent Brazilian and foreign scientists specialized in different areas of Geosciences.
