Published 12 times a year, Revista Española de Cardiología, the official publication of the Spanish Society of Cardiology, is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes research articles related to cardiovascular diseases. Articles are published in Spanish for the paper edition and in both Spanish and English in the electronic edition, which is available in the Internet. Regular sections include original articles reporting clinical or basic research, short communications, review articles, editorials and letters to the Editor. Moreover clinical reviews, updates, editorial comments and letters are regular features. Topics covered include coronary artery and valve disease, drug treatment and new diagnostics techniques.
