Scope/Description:

Published every two months, Química Nova is the official organ of the Sociedade Brasileira de Química - SBQ. The journal publishes articles in Portuguese, Spanish and English, with the results of original researches, review articles, notes on new methods and technics, education and general issues in the area of chemistry. Articles submitted to the journal are analysed by ad hoc reviewers. Publication of Química Nova is in the charge of the editorial board, and its policy and planning are responsibility of the advisory editorial board.
