Scope/Description:

A submission to PNRPU Mechanics Bulletin must be the original work and must not be published elsewhere or under consideration for another publication in its submitted or a substantially similar form in any language. A submission must contain significant results in the deformable solid mechanics includingDevelopment and application of classical or generalized models of deformation and fracture of solidsMathematical models of continuous media inelastic deformation including taking into account microstructure evolution multilevel models models of superplastic materialsModels of deformation processes of media with relaxation and phase changeMechanics of nanomaterials and nanostructuresEngineering mechanics including rheonomous media mechanicsMechanics of composite materials and structuresComputational solid mechanics development and application of modern computing and softwareExperimental mechanics of deformable solid mechanics.Thematically Journal articles can be divided into three categoriesReview articles on the current state of the problems description of existing models and approaches.Articles devoted to a particular section of this topic for example models of a particular media its potential and limitations the results obtained in the framework of the model.Articles devoted to solving specific problems describes the results of modeling a particular process or effect received directly by the authors.Since the publication is an educational burden articles on the first two sections should be confined that is to include all the necessary definitions formulations of the basic principles etc. This would allow to get acquainted with the article without the involvement of a large number of additional sources. In addition it is desirable to give a rather complete bibliography of scientific references in which the interested reader can find a detailed exposition of the theory.

Impact Factor

Impact factor (IF) is a scientometric factor based on the yearly average number of citations on articles published by a particular journal in the last two years. A journal impact factor is frequently used as a proxy for the relative importance of a journal within its field. Find out more: What is a good impact factor?

III. Other Science Influence Indicators

Any impact factor or scientometric indicator alone will not give you the full picture of a science journal. There are also other factors such as H-Index, Self-Citation Ratio, SJR, SNIP, etc. Researchers may also consider the practical aspect of a journal such as publication fees, acceptance rate, review speed. H-Index

The h-index is an author-level metric that attempts to measure both the productivity and citation impact of the publications of a scientist or scholar. The index is based on the set of the scientist's most cited papers and the number of citations that they have received in other publications
