Perspectives in Plant Ecology, Evolution and Systematics is a young international journal which provides a platform for reviews and longer research articles in the fields of ecology, evolution and systematics of plants. The journal is supported by the Rübel Foundation, a private trust associated with the Geobotanical Institute of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology. The foundation looks back on a continuous tradition of publishing for more than 70 years and is widely known and respected for a number of classic publications in European plant ecology and systematics.
