Historia Ecclesiastica is a scientific journal issued by the Centre of Excellence of the Sociohistorical Cultural and Historical Research of the University of Preov published by the PublishingHouse of the University of Preov. Historia Ecclesiastica publishes solely scientific papers studies from the Church historyand history of religions in Slovakia and in other countries of Central Europe materials the source onthe same subject matter further review of the scientific literature and information about scientificevents to the problems of the history of churches and history of religions as well. Scientific worksmaterials and permanent sections reviews annotations and reports are published in Slovak languageor in English as a common language otherwise also in Czech Hungarian and Polish languages.
