The GMSARN International Journal is dedicated to advanced knowledge in environment energy and sustainable development by the rigorous examination and analysis of theories and good practices and approach to solve an identified common and transboundary problem with regional and international perspectives.The GMSARN International Journal is quarterly journal published by GMSARN in March June September and December of each year. The papers are doubleblinded reviewed by expert referees.In particular the authors of published papers are from many countries especially from Greater Mekong Subregion GMS countries consisting of Cambodia China Laos Myanmar Thailand and Vietnam. However authors outside the GMS region are also welcome to submit their contributions if their works fall into the aims and scope of this journal.
