The DANUBE Law and Economics Review is a peerreviewed scientific journal that publishes wider articles as well as shorter discussions or book reviews in the fields of law and economics above all. In accordance with its editorial policy the journal prefers authors coming from the core countries of the former Danubian Monarchy i.e. especially the Czech Republic Slovakia Hungary Austria and Slovenia and other European countries that share similar legal and cultural traditions.The primary focus of the DANUBE journal in terms of its content is thus on scientific articles from the fields of law and economics by authors who come from the core countries of the former Danubian Monarchy or other European countries that share similar legal and cultural traditions. The journal also welcomes all the authors that can contribute to fulfilling the aims and scope of the journal. The DANUBE publishes wider articles as well as shorter discussions or book reviews.
