Scope/Description:

The content that we intend to address in Cuestiones Constitucionales is related to the clear intention of reflecting the vertiginous change that we are witnessing in our public legal institutions at the same time as promoting what is already considered a new Mexican constitutional right. Cuestiones Constitucionales is comprised of four sections.One of them the first one is dedicated to publishing Doctrinal Articles. Another section the second is dedicated to publishing jurisprudential comments made regarding to resolutions of some courts constituents of the Judicial Federal Power.A third section is made of legislative comments that will be made about constitutional and legal documents. The fourth and last section is dedicated to the bibliographic reviews and general information.
