Scope/Description:

The Newsletter seeks the active participation of national and foreign jurists from a multiinstitutional and international perspective so that they can collaborate as arbitrators or send their papers to be published. Proof of this opening is that in both the Editorial Board and the Editorial Committee of the Newsletter people from the most diverse institutions and nationalities participate. The official language of the Newsletter is Spanish however it receives and publishes written works in four other languages English French Italian and Portuguese.It has four sections articles legislative studies bibliography and information. Through the works published in these sections this journal seeks to disseminate legal research focused primarily on the solution of national problems provide scientific information on the different legal disciplines provide support to teaching activities and research at UNAM and other institutions in the country or abroad.
