Archives of Dermatological Research (ADR) is a peer-reviewed, society independet international journal specialized in cutanious biology and skin research. Founded in 1869 by Auspitz and Pick and continued by leading dermatologists such as Neisser, von Zumbusch, and Jadassohn, ADR is the oldest and most traditional journal devoted to experimental dermatology, clinical research, and skin biology. All manuscripts are peer reviewed by experts in the respective field. An international Editorial Board assists the group of Overseas and Managing Editors to ensure rapid and skilful handling of submitted manuscripts. With an average time of about 5 months from submission to the printed publication ADR is among the fastest journals in the field.
